Using TrophyBook

By using trophybookohio.com you agree to these terms. You need to be 13 or older to create an account, and you're responsible for what happens under it.

What you post

Posts, photos and notes you share must be:

• Yours, or shared with permission of whoever took the photo.
• A real deer, taken legally in Ohio, with the right county and date.
• Free of gore beyond a normal field photo, nudity, hate, harassment, or other people's personal information.
• Not spam or advertising.

Your photos stay yours

You keep ownership of everything you post. By posting, you give TrophyBook permission to store, resize, display and share it on the site and in share images for the site (like a post's link preview), without payment. That permission ends when you delete the post, except for copies already shared elsewhere.

Removing posts

We review first posts and reported posts, and we can hide or remove any post or account that breaks these rules, or for any other reason, at our discretion. You can delete your own posts at any time.

Harvest data and records

Harvest numbers come from the Ohio Department of Natural Resources and big-buck records from public sources. We work to keep them accurate but can't promise they are. Forecasts, sit scores and loadout checks are guides, not legal advice: check the current Ohio hunting regulations before you hunt.

No warranty

TrophyBook is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using the site or relying on what it shows.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use the site means you accept the update. See Privacy for how we handle your information.
